We specialize in single family homes in the two to six thousand square foot range. We can do anything you can think of, be it spiral stairs, parabolic arches, or great big rustic beams. As the housing market has declined we are also happy to build smaller homes and garages. We even sneak in the occasional small foundation or tin roof, allowing us to take a project from dirt work to dried in. However framing is our specialty, so we do it efficiently, and with vigor. We’ve sat down with people and designed their homes over a cup of coffee, and we have a good working relationship with an excellent structural engineer in Cle Elum. The better the connections between the owner, the designer, and the builder, the better. Better communication leads to better products and happier customers. |
