Little
Current is a great place to visit. Thee is a Visitors center as you enter
the town from the mainland and a good Ice Cream Store next door. The
harbor is always filled with boats from all over the Great Lakes. The library
located at: 50 Meredith Street West offers inexpensive high speed internet
access for those who want to keep up on their e-mail. Their summer hours
are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM; Friday12:00 PM to 5:00 PM; and Saturday 12:00 PM to
4:00 PM.

Mclean's Mtn offers good views of the North Channel
Take 540 out of town. The is the road that goes to the west end of the island. About 5 kilometers (speaking from memory) our of town the road turns to the right with a gravel road heading strait ahead up a hill (McLean's Mtn.). There is a lookout platform at the top of the hill.
Good Views looking East into Manitowaning Bay
Head Sough on 68 about 40 kilometers (speaking form memory again) to a nice lookout with parking next to a store selling various souvenirs (nice stuff).
